Privacy Policy

Thirty Five Moments ("we", "us", "the app") is a daily mindfulness journaling app for iPhone. We believe your moments are yours. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to provide the journaling experience:

• Content you create. Photos, notes, moods, tags and (optionally) locations you choose to add to your moments.
• Account information. If you sign in or enable sync, the identifier associated with your sign-in (for example, Sign in with Apple).
• Diagnostic data. Minimal, aggregated data about crashes and performance to keep the app stable. This is not used to identify you.

We do not collect data to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

2. How we use your information

• To provide and display your moments, build memory pages, and sync across your devices.
• To send the optional reminders you choose to enable.
• To diagnose problems and improve reliability and features.
• To respond to your support requests.

We never use your personal content for advertising, and we never sell it.

3. Where your data is stored

Your moments are stored on your device and, if you enable sync, in encrypted cloud storage. Data in transit is protected with industry-standard encryption. You can export or delete your data at any time.

4. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal content with advertisers or data brokers. We use a limited number of trusted service providers (for example, cloud hosting) who process data only on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users.

5. Your rights & choices

• Access & export. Export your moments and notes anytime from Profile → Storage & sync.
• Correction. Edit or update any moment, note or profile detail directly in the app.
• Deletion. Delete individual moments, or permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Privacy → Delete account, or by emailing us.
• Permissions. Camera, photo and notification access are optional and can be changed anytime in iOS Settings.

6. Data retention

We keep your content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal content from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.

7. Children's privacy

Thirty Five Moments is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly. Contact us to report a concern.

8. California & international rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information (CCPA/CPRA), or rights under the GDPR. We honor these requests and do not discriminate against you for exercising them. Thirty Five Moments does not sell or share your personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
