Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Thirty Five Moments app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you use Sign in with Apple, your use is also subject to Apple's terms.

2. Your content

You own everything you capture — your photos, notes, moods and tags. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to store, process and display your content back to you and sync it across your devices. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to store or share unlawful content or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. New members may be offered a 7-day free trial; after the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app unless cancelled.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, except as superseded by these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

Thirty Five Moments is a wellbeing and journaling tool, not a medical or mental-health service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We encourage you to keep your own backups of important content.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
