What is Thirty Five Moments?

Thirty Five Moments is a gentle daily journaling app for iPhone. Each day you capture small, meaningful moments as photos, add a short reflection and a mood, and watch your day come together as a private visual diary you can revisit anytime.

How does the daily rhythm work?

You choose a daily “rhythm” — the number of moments you'd like to notice each day (for example 12, 17 or 35). There's no pressure to fill it: it's a gentle prompt to look up and pay attention. You can change your rhythm anytime in Profile → Daily rhythm.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your moments, photos, notes and moods are yours. They're stored securely and, if you enable sync, kept in encrypted cloud storage. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. See the Privacy & data section below for full details.

How do I back up or sync across devices?

Sign in and enable sync in Profile → Storage & sync. Your moments are then backed up and available on any device where you're signed in. You can also export your memories at any time.

What does the subscription include?

A subscription unlocks unlimited moment history, cloud backup and sync, custom daily rhythms, scrapbook memories and gentle reminders. New members can start with a 7-day free trial; after that it renews at the price shown in the app. You can use core journaling features for free.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Thirty Five Moments → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your free trial can be cancelled anytime before it ends.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the paywall and tap Restore, or go to Profile → Subscription → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. If you have trouble, email us and we'll help guide you.

Will reminders disturb me?

Only if you want them. Reminders are optional and fully customizable in Profile → Reminders — set a gentle morning and/or evening nudge, or turn them off entirely. We never send marketing notifications.

Account & data

You're always in control of your information.

Export your memories

You can export your moments and notes at any time from Profile → Storage & sync. Your memories belong to you.

Delete your account & data

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, open Profile → Privacy and choose Delete account, or email support@thirtyfive.today and we'll process your request within 30 days.

Free up space

Manage storage, clear the cache, or remove older cached files in Profile → Storage. Your saved moments are never deleted by these actions.

Edit your profile

Change your display name and avatar anytime from Profile by tapping the edit (pencil) icon next to your name.

Troubleshooting

The app isn't behaving as expected

Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store.
Fully close and reopen the app.
Restart your iPhone.
Still stuck? Email us with your device model and iOS version.

Photos won't attach

Check that camera and photo access are enabled in the iOS Settings app → Thirty Five Moments → Photos / Camera.

Privacy & data

What we collect

Only what you choose to add — your photos, notes, moods, tags and (optionally) location. We collect minimal diagnostic data to keep the app stable.

How it's protected

Your content is stored securely on your device and, with sync enabled, in encrypted cloud storage. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

App Tracking Transparency

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we don't use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time. For full details, read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
